Phil is a partner in Fieldfisher's leading Privacy, Security and Information law group, working out of their London team.  He founded Fieldfisher's Silicon Valley office in California in 2012 and ran that office for four years. Phil's a specialist in data privacy, digital media and disruptive technologies.  In particular, he advises regularly on large global data transfer projects, internal information governance and accountability structures, and data protection risk management in the context of EU inward investment.
