The independent community for disruptive business and technology leaders
Around the world, organisations are grappling with ‘a pandemic of a different variety’. Ransomware is rapidly evolving and increasingly allowing attackers to avoid traditional anti-virus protections and IT defences. As a result, 2021 has seen a surge in ransomware attacks.
These sophisticated attacks are having widespread ramifications for organisations. Not only can ransomware attacks lock out employees from accessing crucial data for days, weeks or months. The long-term financial and reputational implications can be crippling for previously prospering businesses.
To protect against the threat, data-rich businesses must ensure they have a rigorous IT resiliency programme in place with a fortified last line of defence.
When was the last time you reviewed your recovery plan? If you haven't done so recently, our virtual round-table is a must-attend.
