CHIEF

BREAKFAST CLUB
Series 4: The Leadership Summer Series

WHO WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE BREAKFAST WITH?

Welcome to the Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club, the only place where you can have your morning coffee with the innovators and disruptors in business and technology. On Tuesday mornings, tune in to hear our Guest Disruptors give us the inside track on the biggest trends in a live interview, where you can ask them (just about) anything.

What it takes to be a successful leader has been analysed for centuries. Attila the Hun was a great leader who fearlessly led his people into battle; Bill Gates is a great leader who pioneered a digital revolution. Being a great leader today hasn't lost its tribal nature, but driving change has become central to the leadership anatomy. This summer, Series 4: The Leadership Summer Series,  dives into understanding the essence of leadership, how it has evolved, and what it means for disruptors today.

Series 1: Pivot, Don't Panic!

SERIES 1: PIVOT, DON'T PANIC

We look at how to respond to the disruption all of us are facing, in some of the extraordinary circumstances ever seen. We talked to the innovators who have turned business models on their heads to survive and thrive in a crisis, and examining just how they did it.

Series 2: Innovation Mindset

SERIES 2: INNOVATION MINDSET

The barriers to innovation have grown, alongside the need for it. Series 2, examines what it means to be an innovative organisation and how disruption can be a driving force for good.

Series 3: The 8 Business Imperatives

SERIES 3: THE 8 BUSINESS IMPERATIVES

We looked at eight business imperatives and examine why we're not there... yet. From data-driven culture to sustainable thinking to being a productivity powerhouse, each imperative will go under the microscope to reveal what the hindrances are and how can we inch closer to success.

Series 4, Episode 2: Achieving Together with Guest Disruptor Kirsty Saddler, Director of Sustainability and Values at Leon Restaurants

In 1961, business writer WCH Prentice wrote something radical: he argued that leadership wasn't about popularity, power, showmanship, or wisdom in long-range planning - it was about understanding the people and marrying individual need to group purpose. Years later, his words ring true. We examine how business leaders can lead through their people, and not just through themselves.
