Dr Natalie Pankova is a Digital Health Expert at the World Health Organization and the Chief Operating Officer at Metadvice, a digital health startup building AI-driven clinical decision software to empower medical decision making. She previously led healthcare efforts at the Government Blockchain Association in the UK, participated in technology initiatives within the Pharmaceutical Users Exchange Group (PhUSE), All-Party Parliamentary Groups at the UK Parliament, Research Data Alliance, and the British Standards Institute. She is also an Associate Lecturer at Claude Littner Business School, and is on the Editorial Board of Frontiers in Blockchain Journal, as well as being an advisor and mentor to early stage innovative startups.

Caroline is the Group Director of R2 Data Labs at Rolls-Royce, where she is charged with developing the strategy and implementation of data innovation technologies and capabilities that lead to new insights, new solutions and new business models. One of the major projects that she has been leading is the Emergent Alliance, a data collaboration group for economic recovery. She previously worked at companies such as Digital Catapult, Telefonica and Forrester Research.

Paul is Denodo’s SVP of Data Architecture and Chief Evangelist and he works closely with Denodo customers to understand their use of data virtualization and recommending usage patterns, deployment architectures, and best practices for using the Denodo Platform. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the software industry, starting as a developer building real-time control systems for oil and gas pipelines in the UK and the Netherlands before working as a consultant on large integration projects with the likes of AT&T Wireless, Bechtel Corporation, Saudi Aramco, and Reuters. He has also worked for leading software companies such as BAE Systems, Progress Corporation, and IONA Technologies. Paul is an avid Boston Red Sox fan and suffers the pains and challenges of being a Red Sox fan living in New York.

Simon mentors on the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme to help NHS clinicians bring their ideas to life. He also works with the NIHR Applied Research Centre to promote dissemination of medical, health and social care research. Simon is a Non-Executive Director at Surrey Heath GP Federation advising on strategy and business operations and board member for CRUK Business Beats Cancer.
