Dr Natalie Pankova is a Digital Health Expert at the World Health Organization and the Chief Operating Officer at Metadvice, a digital health startup building AI-driven clinical decision software to empower medical decision making. She previously led healthcare efforts at the Government Blockchain Association in the UK, participated in technology initiatives within the Pharmaceutical Users Exchange Group (PhUSE), All-Party Parliamentary Groups at the UK Parliament, Research Data Alliance, and the British Standards Institute. She is also an Associate Lecturer at Claude Littner Business School, and is on the Editorial Board of Frontiers in Blockchain Journal, as well as being an advisor and mentor to early stage innovative startups.
Caroline is the Group Director of R2 Data Labs at Rolls-Royce, where she is charged with developing the strategy and implementation of data innovation technologies and capabilities that lead to new insights, new solutions and new business models. One of the major projects that she has been leading is the Emergent Alliance, a data collaboration group for economic recovery. She previously worked at companies such as Digital Catapult, Telefonica and Forrester Research.
Paul is Denodo’s SVP of Data Architecture and Chief Evangelist and he works closely with Denodo customers to understand their use of data virtualization and recommending usage patterns, deployment architectures, and best practices for using the Denodo Platform. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the software industry, starting as a developer building real-time control systems for oil and gas pipelines in the UK and the Netherlands before working as a consultant on large integration projects with the likes of AT&T Wireless, Bechtel Corporation, Saudi Aramco, and Reuters. He has also worked for leading software companies such as BAE Systems, Progress Corporation, and IONA Technologies. Paul is an avid Boston Red Sox fan and suffers the pains and challenges of being a Red Sox fan living in New York.
Simon is a strategy and operational lead and mentor across healthcare organisations specialising in innovation and growth. He is COO at Truu, an innovative healthcare staff digital passport platform, founded by NHS doctors, saving time and money for hospitals and healthcare professionals. Simon mentors on the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme to help NHS clinicians bring their ideas to life. He also works with the NIHR Applied Research Centre to promote dissemination of medical, health and social care research. Simon is a Non-Executive Director at Surrey Heath GP Federation advising on strategy and business operations and board member for CRUK Business Beats Cancer.
Tarv has spent over 10 years at Mars Inc. in a variety of market and global roles including Sales, Strategy, Finance and Digital Technologies. Now part of the Advanced Analytics, Digital Demand and Data Integration area of Digital Technologies, he is focused on leading strategic initiatives to drive change at 100 times the speed across the globe. He loves to drive user-centric, agile ways of working and has also recently completed the Executive Programme at INSEAD Business School on Leading in a Transforming World.
With a background in technology and digital, across a number of industries and verticals, gaining significant experience in creating, supporting and leading people and teams. In turn a move to agile ways of working has meant solid qualification and practice in multiple methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Advanced practice of specific techniques for setting strategy such as Balanced scorecard and OKRs. Supporting leaders through the training and practice of styles such as servant leadership and intent based leadership.
Matt Williams is Head of EMEA for Telstra, based in London. He is responsible for developing and driving the business strategy for three divisions in Enterprise, Wholesale and Professional services across EMEA, and delivering upon the company’s financial goals. Matt joined Telstra in 2009 and was most recently Director of Enterprise Accounts for the EMEA region. In this role he was accountable and responsible for retention and sales growth for the Enterprise customer base.
Robert is the sustainable development lead for AECOM's Environment business. He works with AECOM's clients to develop strategies, business cases, action plans and projects that embed more sustainable ways of working into everyday business decisions. Robert is a keen advocate of bringing natural capital and the circular economy into business norms as these concepts are driving innovation and the new business models that will allow us to flourish in this fast changing world. He also established the Major Infrastructure Resource Optimisation Group, as well as setting up the Scottish Infrastructure Circular Economy Forum. He also chairs the Environmental Industries Commission Natural Capital Taskforce.
Richard is a disruptor in healthcare who has been asked to bring a different type of thinking to the health and beauty retail arena. Richard has been responsible for delivering nationwide genomics programmes, creating a digital fabric for one of the biggest hospitals in the NHS, leading a country from paper to digital healthcare, creating cloud first ‘permission’ for the EU and pushing the boundaries of a CIO and their interaction with business change. He is a believer in the concept of Collaborative Sensemaker and now is the CIO for Boots across the UK and Ireland.
Phil is group digital portfolio lead for Kingfisher IT and has led digital and business transformation and change in all sizes and types of organisations, from start-ups to global enterprises, retail to defence organisations, within commercial, charity and public sectors. He is particularly passionate about business agility and has introduced various flavours of agile and lean into more traditional businesses.
Prior to working at Lloyds, Angela worked At Deutsche Bank in the Cloud, Anti-Financial Crime Analytics, Data Quality and Finance Risk and Regulatory Reporting change and transformation teams. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Angela worked as a Senior Manager at EY across Asia Pacific and EMEIA within the Financial Services Organisation focusing on Corporate Banking and Capital Markets transformation and advisory programmes. Angela started her career at IBM in Australia working as a developer, tester, designer and then business analyst and project manager. Angela has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics / Robotics) and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

She was one of the co-founders of Ice Academy: an entrepreneurial program for refugees driven by Ben & Jerry’s and the NGO Tern. Anna is also leading the Unbreakable Rainbow in Poland, where purpose and impact are driven by an offline experience combined with digital disruption to drive awareness of LGBTQ rights in Poland to enact systemic change.
Harriet is Head of Data Science at Starling Bank. Prior to joining Starling, Harriet’s career was focused on bringing applications of AI to traditional regulated insurance markets. Now at Starling for 2 years, she has led the data analytics agenda at the bank with technical oversight on all aspects of the data technology platform. She is responsible for the research into AI bias and Starling’s assurance of its own algorithms and has recently been invited to join the AI Public Private Forum with the FCA and Bank of England, which aims to better understand the use and impact of AI/ML in Financial Services and support safe adoption of these technologies. In addition, Harriet was listed on the Innovate Finance Powerlist this year for her work in these fields.

Previously, Arlando worked at Apple helping global large businesses to adopt iPhone & iPad mobility workflow solutions.

Manjula started her career at Shell Australia, where she was faced with data indicating where the world was going to be by 2050. As a result, she was compelled to pursue a career in social problem-solving in the not for profit sector. She advised NGOs such as Oxfam and Amnesty International, and was also special advisor to the UN’s Global Partnerships Forum in New York for the MDG and SDG agenda.
Manjula then founded World Wide Generation in 2016, the G17Eco Platform in 2017 to accelerate the financing and delivery of the SDGs by 2030. She is on Innovate Finance’s “Women In FinTech Powerlist" 2018, won the UKBAA’s “Best Led Female Investment award of the year”, was voted “100 of the Most Influential Women in Blockchain” and selected on Fairforce’s independent “100 Green Board Member” list in 2020.
