As more and more organisations prioritise productivity and operational efficiency, implementing automation of back office tasks for business resilience and competitiveness has become a necessary item on the digitisation agenda.

Gartner cited “hyperautomation” as one of the top strategic technology trends to look out for in 2020. Indeed, as organisations see cost savings of up to 20% from automation, the need to rapidly automate low value business processes is a crucial tactic for opening up opportunities for revenue, cutting costs and enhancing customer experience.

Join digital leaders to examine the benefits of sales order automation and the best practices for overcoming implementation challenges, as well as to understand the role that automation has to play in building long-term business resilience.

13:00 Interactive Discussion Groups
Share experiences with peers in our facilitated discussion zones, based on where you are in your automation journey.

  • Discussion 1: Unlocking Exceptional Customer Experience
    • If you could wave a “magic wand” so to speak, on how to improve customer service at your company, what would you immediately improve?
    • How would you change how your customers do business with you today?
    • For your organisation specifically, what are the customer experience outcomes you hope to achieve through order automation?
  • Discussion 2: Reducing Costs, Increasing Productivity
    • What does productivity mean to your organisation, specifically? Do you measure it quantifiably?
    • At your company, what would you like to happen if your team had 30% more time that they currently spent on manual tasks? How would time be redeployed?
    • Conversely, if cost savings were enjoyed from technology with processing customer orders, how would that capital be reinvested?
