James is General Manager of the UK Consumer Business at Trainline. Prior to that, James had leadership roles at the top table of fast growth tech companies - Amazon, eBay, EA Games, Betfair and Sky. James is passionate about building innovative customer propositions at the intersection of marketing, data and digital product and putting together great teams and processes to run them.

Speaker - Guy Hancox

Guy is the Analytics and Insight Manager for Waitrose Ecommerce where he has worked for the last 4 years. Prior to Waitrose Guy has lead the digital analytics team at Regus, O2 and BT. Guy has 20 years of digital experience on some of the UK's biggest brands. He has driven and delivered integrated GCP solutions blending analytics, online marketing and customer profile data to improve customer experience, marketing effectiveness and commercial performance. His core skills centre around exploiting data in the Cloud, building engagement from senior stakeholders and recruiting people with the skills to deliver and enthusing and bonding them into highly motivated teams that are ‘more than the sum of their parts’.
